Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that same day cancellations and visits cancelled less than 24 hours prior are subject to a fee of 100% of  your services booked. 

 

24 hour cancellation is subject to 50% of your services booked. 

 

50% deposit required at the time of booking. Cash, Check, and Venmo is accepted. Check is payable to Denise Tripolone. 

 

*Packages are Non-Refundable*  Must be used within 6 months. Packages are transfusable to another pet.
